Ergon's GP3 BioKork Grips feature an anatomical design that keeps your hands happy while creating a natural wrist angle for the ultimate in comfort. Complementing the sweet feel, these great grips also offer excellent pressure distribution with 100% support for your hands and the natural damping properties of cork make the BioKork extra comfortable. Plus, they're 100% recyclable, and made from sustainably-grown cork. You'll love the integrated bar ends for extra leverage on climbs and the built-in bar clamps for fast, secure installation.

Sharp bends at the wrist (diagram, left) overload the median nerves, a leading cause of carpal tunnel syndrome. Ergon grips correct the position with an anatomically correct shape. Plus, thanks to their increased surface area, pressure is also eliminated from the ulnar nerves in the palms (right) ensuring total comfort on every ride.

Determing the properly-fitting grip will give your hands and arms the most comfort on your ride. Smaller hands should use the "Small" grip, as the diameter is narrower and provides a more natural, confident grip. Similarly, riders with larger hands should use the "Large" size for the best feel.
