The frame is TIG-welded with heat-treated, triple-butted Ritchey Logic steel tubing that features rack and fender mounts and a multi-purpose mount under the downtube, while a new Ritchey steel fork offers up multi-purpose, rack, fender and dynamo light mounts. Other notable features of the new Ritchey Ascent include post-mount brake compatibility, 148mm spacing and an external seat collar. The original inspiration for the Wolverine was “monster cross”, but it is seriously so much more. Its geometry is stable enough for off road touring, but sporty enough for all-around adventure. 2023 brings us the 4.1 A-Type update which adopts the flat mount disc standard on the frame and optional CrMo fork. The A-Type has more modern standards than the B-Type, such as 142mm rear thru-axle and a 44mm headtube that will fit 1-1/8 straight steerer or tapered steerer forks with the proper headset type. There is NO frame break for Belt-Drive on the A-Type Wolverine.
